Hi Stephanie,u come to 421 W Madison St Springfield,MO 65806!1 floor,it's Madison Towers,11 story apartment building!U go into the double doors and,when u get into the 1st set of doors.To the right,there r application's!U need to fill them out honestly(because the do deep down research)U can take it into the office,which is thru the 2nd set of double doors,close to the elevator's!But,if a person has a felony!The office staff(H.A.S Properties)don't accept the application!Good Luck🤞

Once u get an application turned in u have to have letter from social security sayin how much u get a month. And u have to have a monthly printout from your bank or prepaid card card showing that u don't get other money deposited in into your bank account or onto your prepaid card

They don't do fax's drop off or mail in as far as I know.

I live in an apartment unit and trash electricity and utilities are all included in your monthly price which is discounted based off you income as it’s hard to separate everything. I’m unsure about any of the actual housing like duplexes and stuff.

You could but normally your rent would just be adjusted unless they make very good money.

HUD and HAS are two different things. HAS is housing authority of Springfield it is low income housing apartments and section 8 vouchers to rent from landlords that are HAS approved and if u can find a place with in the allotted rent amount that is a 2 or more bed room u are allowed to have it.

Service Animals are allowed anywhere you go. Its discrimination for anyone not to rent to you because of it

Yes, they can help you with the paperwork @ HAS, it will of course take more time than just re-applying to move across town but HUD is FEDERAL government so you could transfer to Hawaii if you wanted.
