One of the worst stores I’ve been to. Had an appointment, showed up early and no one called my name. Said I was passed up. Now there a 5 workers just standing around m talking and not one of them can help me. Waited an hour for help and nothing. Who would go to this place and expect help? What manager would be okay with this?

I've shopped at this Apple Store a number of times, and the experience has always been superior. The staff members are engaging, making sure to answer any and all questions, and they were very supportive. When I was migrating from an Android phone, they were transparent and made sure I was aware of the migration process and how data might not be transferred. Wait times have never been more than five minutes too. You won't be disappointed in the shopping experience at this Apple Store!

I had asked and was told that they can do it, however it will take some time and they would need advance notice and an appointment of course. OSX makes it easy to transfer everything from an old Mac to a new one using Time Machine, so I suggest that you do it yourself to save some. Ask you will need is a portable harddisk.
I pay $35 a month with boost auto pay. I never have issues with my service.

Do not go there, went there to get my iPad working, they took it in back came out 20 minutes later and told me it wasn't working at all and tried to sell me a new one, my daughter's boyfriend took a look at it that weekend and bought me a new charger, that's all it needed! Pressure sales, bad company, never again!

We've found walk in is best, though sometimes that means a wait.
If u r out of warranty, u can go anywhere to get it repaired. But it doesn't harm to show it at store before doing so if its not like screen crack. Some issues cud be fixed for free at store
