I bought a tv at the deptford location came home it was cracked. Got an exchange for the same tv at the mt laurel location. I plugged it in this morning and the screen it all pixelated looks like something hit it. I decided to do pick up to avoid damages but it was damaged anyways! They gave me not ONE but TWO broken TV’s. Don’t buy a tv from Best Buy! Save yourself the stress

I just waited n hr. Got fed up. I was almost to the store when my girlfriend said i should call instead of driving up there for nothing. So i listened to her n turned around. Big mistake. N then i read this comment.
Great store. Very friendly employees. Needed help finding a good laptop and found they have a wonderful selection of open box items but you have to ask for them.
Yes. You give your name, number and what you are looking for at the door. Then you can look around and when there is an available tech to assist they will text you and help you with your purchase.

Hey thanks for asking, geek squad total tech used to cost either $200 for one year $270 for 2 years or $350 for 3 years and the renewal price used to be $99.99. They've recently switched over their pricing model to just be $199 a year regardless of when you start a stop but included benefits like expanded in-home services and free warranties on anything you buy. I would call the corporate number and complain. That's what we used to have happen at Lowe's when I worked for them. Once you contact corporate they will find someone ASAP.

Both times I went, I had to do an order online. When it's ready they send you a text message, you drive there,park in the designated spot and someone comes to your car and asks your name. Once they confirm your identity, they hand you your item
