I agree with the people saying that the woman at the front desk is unpleasant. On the phone and in person she was not helpful and explained things in a confusing way. There is another woman who answers the phone at times and isn’t very knowledgeable. We weren’t able to get it to them by 11 so they said it would be $25/hour for every hour it’s late so I just asked to rent it another day, which she seemed confused by and took over 15 minutes on the phone. There were ants everywhere when we got it, I was killing ants the whole week. The toilet also broke 5 days in, and the front tires needed to be changed, bad. It drove a little rough as well and was very loud while driving. We have had rv’s in the past and purchased one since our trip and none have driven and been as loud as the one we rented. I would say renting from cruise america isn’t bad but this location seems to have low standards on cleanliness and customer service.

Haven't been at the center to rent. Our problem was with a driver of an RV that passed us on the right and cut us off to get back in the left lane as we were about to pass a tractor trailer. Unfortunately, it happened so fast that we couldn't get the license plate.

Rented a large RV for a few days of camping. Unit was clean. I feel it was a good way to experience RV camping.

I do not believe there is a minimum number of days, just subject to availability. For a 30' RV I spent about $170+/- per night. If you have never camped in any manner before, the try to get a site with electrical and water hookups to get the full RV experience.
Call them... they are a franchisee so they may have certain rules and limits. Rates vary by size, season, and duration. Availability can vary and, in general, they'd be renting only class c types of 20 something to low 30 feet. Handicap friendly? Dunno but again call them and ask your questions to get appropriate and authoritative answers.
Of course! I rented a 35' RV in NJ and drove to Georgia, i parked in the hilton parking lot for 2 nights to attend my nephews wedding (slept in the RV of course), and saved on paying for a room. Then drove up to Lake Alatoona and stayed at a campsite for a few nights. Then visited more family in NJ before returning the RV a week later. Go wherever the heck you want! :)
Hi Barb I drove a 35' RV from NJ to Atlanta GA for the first time. I was wondering if i could handle it at first but within just a few minutes of driving and realizing how easy it was the trip was a breeze! If your not a nervous driver you shouldn't have a problem, it's quite enjoyable.
