Two young men standing at the electronics register talking, looked at us and never offered to help. Went to same register to pay for the monitor in hand and Luis, who had just rang out a customer with small item, told us we had tp go up front to pay. Odd, since we had paid for a monitor there the day before. A lady wearing HP blouse & lineard said they would help as soon ad finished with her customer. Leaving the building with our purchase, mumbled something at us, my husband said excuse me, the young man said why are you still standing here, I said you could go. I told him we didn't hear him and needed to speak up. Ugh!!!! No where near decent customer service.

Very slow service at the cell phone department. There is only one employee serving all customers while I see the store full with many other employees walking around doing nothing.

Manager helped me find a lost work computer. She even called the Rockwall store, where it was, and had then stay open 10 minutes later so I could get my computer. Thank you!!
