Poor Baby

Mice is everywhere chile. Had maintenance and exterminator come exceeding at least 10 times smh. The buggers are literally digging holes into our apartment and I’ve been highly disgusted. Not safe for children or adults for that matter. This pic is of like the 20th or so that we have caught/killed

Latia is awesome. She is always there to assist with any issues dealing with the unit, parking, and the just a person I can talk to when I need clarification. Latia is respectful, kind and knowledgeable. If she doesn't know, she will say I will get back with you once I find out for you. The initial apartment that I was presented to me, was not up to par. This is when it was Avanti. Latia took care of everything and made sure I was in a better unit. iIt was not finished and she fixed it and now in a better unit and no complaints. Everyone at the Leasing Office has been very helpful.

The leasing team is completely useless , they partnership with bumper 2 bumper towing is completely unorganized. My car was towed while I helped take groceries to my elderly members house because I parked in her neighbors reserved spot. Neighbor was not home and knows us very well . I often park there because my member is elderly is easy for her to get in from my car . I was in the house all of 5min . My cards , phone , keys and driver license was in the car still while it was towed . I had not plan to be in the house long at all which is why I left all my belongings in the car . As well as had a visitors pass hanging in the car and was still towed . The owner of the spot is a friendly neighbor who knows who I am and was not home as well as often let me park there because my member is elderly . They took upon themselves to tow me without anyone complaining to them about my vehicle at all . The lady at the leasing office told me it was nothing she could do . It was at 3pm on a MONDAY and I was towed for being there for less than 5 min RIDICULOUS DURING THE HOLIDAY HAD TO PAY UNNECESSARY MONEY FOR NOTHING . I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX AT ALL . They’re passed holds no weight so I would not even trust paying for passes.

I actually loved my little apartment right up until I saw the first mouse. The exterminator was nice but wasn’t efficient at all. I had a two year old and he brought in old school peanut butter on the trap mouse traps that didn’t work. I caught about three mice and still could hear them in the wall. The maintenance men were pretty good when they actually came. I could never get through to the leasing office on the phone and when I did they over talked you and rushed you off the phone. After about 4 months started seeing roaches as well. Would go into the rental office to be put on the extermination list and sometimes they still didn’t send anyone out. The parking is absolute trash and please don’t lose your visitors pass because it is $200 for a replacement. The actual unit was cool but I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Nothing but a learning experience for me.
