let me just say, I don’t ever write reviews or leave ratings but I came in yesterday, completely clueless to what I was gonna get. Cheyenne made this entire process easier, I told her I wanted some spooky Halloween shirts, not only did she help me find what I didn’t even know I was looking for but the entire she was so patient with me (I am very indecisive). She explained that there is a buy one get one 50% on the shirts, which is an amazing deal for someone who loves shopping clothes. She also explained the shirt punch card (which is a great idea). I know that having a customer service job you have to be kind and all, but let me tell you she did that and beyond that, she didn’t seem fake about it, she genuinely wanted to help me find shirts I really liked. Cheyenne is overall outstanding and we need more people like her!

I felt very uncomortable here. Not because of their products (love them). But, the dude working there kept staring at me if I was going to steal something which I wasn't, I didnt even have a backpack or bag. It is like I can't take my time to look around. He tried to follow me around. Didn't even ask me if I needed help whatsoever. Left the store and went to a different Spencers location. Much BETTER employees than the one here at Mission.
