Bad experience definitely was a mistake and not going back to Dr Mendoza. I explained the situation from the beginning, long story short my daughter is being seeing by eye specialist at the Childrens hospital, and only needed the prescription for glasses (my next appointment with the specialist is until December and she can’t be without glasses) unfortunately we missed our appointment in July with the specialist and their next available appointment is on December. Yes I get it that him as dr needs all the medical info which I provided, and like I said from the beginning I told what I needed, if he had a problem with that they should have say no. Anyways, for sure not going back!!!

They will take forever to do your eye exam even if you have an appointment. I waited for 2 hours before i just had to just cancel my appointment and walk out. No one in their right mind should go to this doctor's office.

Horrible doctor, tries to act professional. The eye exam he gave me was just awful, even though I identified which lenses i needed, when I finally got my glasses, I could not see anything, everything was blurry and caused me to get a headache the only two times I tried them on..he’s just a bad horrible doctor, who also did nothing for other family members. Plus even when you get there early and on time, after they've told you they take your insurance, they lie and end up calling you hours later, just to tell you they can’t take the insurance they had already told you they would. I would give him zero stars if I could.
