I did however have to order a second pair to compare but went back to my original. She is so friendly and understanding. The Optical Supervisor Krystal is an absolute doll! My family and I met her Sunday afternoon while she was passing out their promotion flyers and cleaning glasses out on the sidewalk in front of the store. Not only did Krystal fix my glasses but she offered me a free Visionworks case, cleaning cloth, and was willing to schedule my entire family an exam if we were due for one.
