My daughter was having headaches for years that were getting worse and worse. With no answers we went to the eye doctor and she noticed her pressure was off and looked into it, and also sent her to Casey eye who referred my daughter to get an MRI. And within a week of seeing the eye doctor I found out my daughter had a very aggressive cancerous brain tumor. Today she is 3 years from diagnosis and 2 years cancer free!

I was referred to this clinic because they took my child's insurance. I confirmed with the receptionist to make sure they accepted my child’s insurance, she said yes. Days later, i get a call to confirm the appointment. After that call, I receive another call from the same woman stating they don’t accept my child’s insurance. I informed her I was told other wise. Then she claims my child’s insurance was expired, when I know it’s not expired because I am always on top my children’s needs I wouldn’t let something like this expire. Definitely frustrated with all the misinformation I was given by this office. Wasted my time.

Was great all the way through, receptionist and doctor were both respectful and helpful and made sure the whole experience was easy, quick, and importantly clean. Edit: A month later and follow-up care has been excellent, they were helpful and understanding in dealing with a mistake that the glasses manufacturing lab made, and have providing free no hassle adjustments since receiving my new pair.

I have been coming to get eye exams, glasses and contacts from this clinic for the past 3 years and I've always had a positive experience. The doctor is friendly and professional. They have a good selection of frames and sunglasses. I will continue coming here for my eye care needs.
