After having a god-awful experience at the Belt Line & Preston location, and no better resolve with the Spring Valley & Coit location, Asurion at North Garland Avenue delivered, and in spades. Maybe I wasn't their particular clientele. Nonetheless, the gentlemen at this repair facility carried the professionalism missing from the other two establishments. And their customers also speak to their behavior by matching it. Absolutely deplorable visit. But fortunately, the North Garland Avenue facility is run by well mannered, professional people. Five stars and will recommend over the two facilities any day. CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS!

Great Customer Service and best price I could find without insurance on my device. Had front glass on 13 pro replaced. Jeremy’s was great and had it completed in less than an hour. Would highly recommend!

Activation locks have to be done through the Apple Store. szurion wouldn't be able to unlock or bypass that legally.
Desiree, we can look at it to see if it is something we can fix, it will really depend on what the issue is. Best location for this would be our West Plano location on Coit and Spring Creek.
