I’ve had AAA for 3 years but never used their service. Today I called for a tow because my car wouldn’t turn over. Even though earlier we tried to jump start with another car it still wouldn’t start. The towing service was prompt and the technician was polite and knowledgeable. He thought it might be the battery and jump started with his equipment. He said car to car jumps don’t work well anymore. Car started and we drove to an auto shop to get a new battery. Thank you AAA! I’m glad I’m a member!!

I most recently visited this location to purchase discount tickets to Hershey Park. First and foremost, I was not greeted (as an eight year AAA member) but looked at like I was interrupting their day. After waiting 15 minutes, I finally had my opportunity to pick up the tickets.... well it was a process. I felt like I was at the DMV in the Zootopia movie, time suddenly stopped. The woman who helped me was not pleasant and definitely not efficient. To cut it short, I wont be returning, not worth the $5 discount offered per ticket. Time is money.
