I am very thankful for all the nurses, especially Sarah, she makes me feel like I have a. best friend near me, because I haven’t, my friends live far away, Sarah feels like family and she is perfect for this job! Absolutely so caring , kind and smart, I just love her… but since she is no longer there , I miss her communication, I feel the hospice drs do not listen and communication is ridiculous,

My friends spouse had an exceptional nurse. She made the family feel very much at ease as well as the patient. The spouse even said that she needed a raise because of her quality of care.

How do you put in words? The compassion, care, and love that Avalon Hospice gave to my mothers over these passed four years. My mothers was a bed patient who suffer from strokes and Alzheimer's. I wouldn't have made it. .If it wasn't for my mothers care tech Mandy that showd loving care not just for my mother but also to my dad and I. She and all if Avalon team are family. They also care for my father in law. And when it's time for my father to need service. I hope he gets Mandy as his care tech and Jenni as his nurse. Again,Thank you to all of the Avalon team for your care, love and support.

I am so thankful for the care that was given to my stepfather the last few weeks of his life. The care and compassion given to not only him, but my mother as well was truly a blessing. Jessica Medley ( clinical manager ) took a very delicate situation and compassionately helped my mom navigate with ease the transition from hospital to home. This is not an easy task. Every time my mom had a question each care person would always treat both of them with respect and never rushed through conversations. His last day came quickly, however, Jessica ensured every detail was treated with respect and the honor for which every veteran/person deserves. I am very appreciative of the extra time that was spent after work hours the day he passed, all to help my mom during a very emotionally difficult time.Wrapping him with the American flag was a very nice and respectful touch . Thank you will never seem enough.
