TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I wouldn’t even leave a 1 star for this business, but you have to, to leave a review! My husband and I got a pedicure this morning. The guy that did my pedicure didn’t even hardly push my cuticles back ans cut the excess skin. He acted like he was in a hurry to get on his cell phone (possibly to finish the conversation that I felt like I interrupted) when he was asked to do my husband and my pedicure it was if it was bother. He did mine, then a girl walked up and did my husbands. She did a great job. The guy that did mine sucked! He even cut my toenails crooked at an angle!! When he pained my nails it’s all lumped up, ans then he just slapped the top coat on before the polish was dry… I will take this off when I get home and redo it myself!! WASTE OF MONEY!!! He also asked me to sit over where the foot dryer is when he was done and never even turned the dryer on. I had to ask someone to please turn it on. we left and won’t ever be back!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Much better locations in Murfreesboro!!!

Do not use this place! They don’t listen to what you - the customer wants and when they mess up, they want you to pay for them to fix their mistake. I have two different polishes on my hands and feet because when I told the lady the number I wanted, she insisted on another number, one foot in and I told her I didn’t like her the color but she kept going. Then wanted to charge me $35 for a polish change because after I insisted on the number I said and it was used on my hands there was an obvious difference. I also listened to another tech tell another customer that she should get gel and not regular polish, even after the lady said countless times that she just wanted regular polish. I have been going since April of this year and it started off ok but now it’s terrible. I literally get the same gel mani/pedi and my eyebrows waxed but some how the same services change price every few months. I guess it depends on who rings you up. Oh and they do not use anything in your water unless you’re getting extra pedicure services. They also don’t put on enough coats of polish. Service went from mediocre to bad.
