Very rude. Walked in at 6:11 on Saturday, they close at 7:30, & they had people just sitting around but said they didn’t have anyone available for a gel manicure- that they all went home. This was my 2nd attempt at trying to get a service at this salon. The first time, the older lady rushed through my manicure. They were uneven in shape & length, & the gel chipped within 3 days. Don’t waste your time when there’s SO many nicer salons on Medical Center alone. ***Edit: the owner can’t accept responsibility for the poor customer service their techs provide & bully the customers.

Honestly, if I could give this place one star, I absolutely would. I went to go get my nails done on a Sunday and yes, it is the weekend and they are busy. However, everyone is a paying customer and should be treated as such ie. giving all customers the same amount of time, effort, energy, the like. If a service is being paid for don't rush. If a nail tech is asked specifically if they can pull off a design, have them be honest, a customer would rather pay for quality 100% of the time. After being man-handled with my toes, ignored about the services requested, and a very sloopy job with my nails I walked away paying almost $200 for a 2nd time experience I was already VERY uneasy for because the 1st time was already such an unfortunate experience. And what a bust again! My nail tech, Tracy, was rushed because she already had an appointment coming in, I was given to someone who DID have an appointment when there were at least 3 other techs that didn't have clients, and over promised for my services with little given having to pay for more than I actually got. After paying, I spoke to the manger on duty, and she said all would be taken care of and handled and to expect a call from the owner for a resolution and apology. Melinda, unfortunately, over spoke in her position when she said everything would be handled. The owner was just as rude and said nothing could be done and all was my fault BUT a huge THANK YOU for providing them with business and giving out money so generously to them. I politely told the owner I would never be coming back and have several friends/family members that already confirmed they dislike their services and have already sworn off their business or will be doing so for the future. My simple hope: to have business conducted professionally, correctly, and for no one else to feel like I do after, what should always be, a joy and treat for any individual.

I’ve been going to this place for months and I absolutely love my girl Sophia! She has been doing my nails since day 1! Never a disappointment! She takes her time and gets my nails done on point every single time.

Yea ma’am, but you have to either do acrylic or the dip powder. We cannot just do gel with tips. It won’t last! Hope that helps you!
