They have paper work to fill out for a renewal.
You can get a passport picture at AAA, but you can not renew your passport at AAA. You need to fill out paperwork and have it processed by a facility that does renews.. Then it has to be mailed away. We went to bucks county courthouse in doylestown. There are other places..different post offices renew and some libraries. Just Google places to renew passport near me and you will get a list.
