We are very pleased with our new bathroom. All of the work was done very professionally and on schedule. The materials are first-rate, and all of the people who came into the condo were very respectful and mindful of Covid protocols. We are especially appreciative of the general contractor's hands-on work as well his efforts in coordinating all of the "moving parts." It was a pleasure working with him. We very much enjoyed working with you and your staff at Kitchen & Bath Factory, and I'm sure we'll be contacting you again soon to help us with other projects we have planned for our home.

Recently, we had a kitchen and bathroom remodels. Our experience was exceptional, during both projects. David had come up with drawings on making the kitchen more open with extra cabinetry and counter space. For the bathroom, He came up with several suggestions to make our small bathroom look and feel bigger. Pawel our contractor was very courteous, listened to what we needed, prompt and left the area very clean each day. We love our new kitchen and bathroom- what a transformation from what we had. We absolutely love our new kitchen! David listened to my ideas and worked his magic to transform a tired, dated and very small kitchen into a new modern space that we actually enjoy spending time in. Job: Major Kitchen Renovation in Fairlington (Arlington, VA) Completed in November 2019 I read about Kitchen & Bath Factory in the Arlington Magazine about 3 months before I decided to remodel of my kitchen and dining room in my 1947 Fairlington Condo unit. I knew I wanted a more open, modern concept, however had no idea as to what this might entail given the age of the building and potential concerns relative to impacting other units when removing walls, etc. I met with 4 different contractors, however, was most impressed with K&B Factory. In particular, I recognized David Doughton’s gift as a designer and the customer cabinets at K&B are top-notch. David was detail oriented and had an eye for things I hadn’t considered, despite this being my 3rd Kitchen remodel. David worked with me to create the look and feel I wanted from my entire main floor (where I now spend most of my time). Additionally, David’s knowledge of people in the industry was very helpful when I needed to provide certification for my HOA that my plan would hold up to current code when removing walls. The entire process once a design was approved was as indicated with a small hitch due to third party shipper for flooring (not more than a week and not the fault of anyone really). Rafal and Jose with R.E.D. Construction were excellent to work with on a day to day basis, as was their Team. The Team was professional, responsive, openly communicated with me regularly, and delivered me a dream kitchen/ main level remodel that exceeded my expectations. The experience was a 5-star experience. Thank you to the entire Team, including Elizabeth. I wholeheartedly recommend Kitchen & Bath Factory to anyone; and will absolutely consider you for my next major project. THANK YOU!!
