Our Kohler sales representative, Derrick, is knowledgeable, communicates clearly, and is a pleasure to work with. We remodeled three bathrooms and have purchased every bathroom fixture from him directly. You will be able to find any bathroom and kitchen fixture here and make your dream home come to life! Update: removing a star because I had a terrible return experience, and had to come back 3 times to return an item. First time, I came in, they said the item was already returned, so they were getting an error. The associate told me they would investigate and call me the next day. I didn’t get a call back. I reached out on Saturday, and was told to bring the item back because they determined that I already received the refund, but I didn’t return the item. I drove to the store, and explained that I did not agree with them, and I did not receive a refund. I left the store, after they told they would investigate more. Finally, I received a call and email while I was driving home saying they figured it out and I can come back to return the item. I was already home by then, so decided to come back next week. The system they use is really confusing, and they cannot provide a receipt for your order that is easy to understand. If you have a very large order, you’ll need stay on top of it, and be diligent.
