Don't go here unless you appear to have lots of money. Been in twice looking at cabinets, faucets, appliances etc... for a full kitchen remodel. Lots of snooty women sitting at desks and a "reception desk" where the woman looks at you out of the corner of her eye and never bothers to ask if you need any assistance. What a joke this place is. No customer service and everything can be purchased elsewhere for a lower price and better service.

We bought a home through a builder & was sent to Ferguson so make our selections. The rep we were working w/ gave us the prices & told us that was prior to her taking off the builder's credit; however once the house was completed we found out she'd completely misled us & that was the price (causing us to pay way more than quoted). She sold us a stainless steel fridge, only to find out only the handles were (& only reason we found that out was the front doors rusted in the first year, looking incredibly tacky). We contacted Fergueson several times, w/ no responses. We were very disappointed & will never go back or recommend them. The ONLY thing that was good, was the receptionist who was super personable & as helpful as she could be.
