Dumbest staff I've ever dealt with. Refused to send my package because she couldn't figure out how to write out an international order.

Brittany has a bad attitude. I’ve been coming here for years. I no longer wish to business with this store. I arrived at 8:00 am (30 minutes early) and at 8:15 am she rolled the gate indicating to the average person they are open. The door remained locked until 8:32 am only for her to tell the 5 people outside that the system is down. I had mentioned to Brittany that when she rolled the gate we believe the store is open. She began to harshly state “that’s not what it means”. Hmmmm. Ok then. Everyone there is awesome. I doubt she will be there long as she certainly does not have the excelling customer service skills as the others there. Sad, one bad apple can send a business spiraling down. UPDATE: I elected to return a week later in the hopes that things will change. However, Brittany confronted me over my review. She stated “I don’t wanna make a mistake with you so I’m gonna have somebody else help you I don’t want you to write a negative review on me“.. Her lack of professionalism Clearly tells me that this UPS store is not the place to go to any longer. Sad because I’ve been coming here for several years.

Came here to do some amazon returns as well as ship another return back to the company. I had no idea how to do the last return and the employee that was helping me was very gracious and kind with helping me through the process of the return of the item. I was nervous coming into the store but had no need to worry as the employees were great with helping with my needs.
