I visited this store today to have get a new bracelet. Everything went smooth while we were there. But, the sales associate left a charm off of the bracelet. I was in a hurry and didn’t even notice til I got to the car. Once there I realized I was missing a charm and didn’t have it. I immediately called the store, and even after telling them I didn’t have it. The associate swore she put it on. After being told they would replace the one I never got. They gave my husband a difficult time about it. It got to the point where he told them to check footage if it was that big of a deal. I know mistakes happen. But instead of acting like I stole a $40 charm (which nobody would ever do lol) do the appropriate steps to take care of your customer. I’m sure the girl didn’t mean to forget. But still uncalled for behavior. If you forgot it, just say that. Definitely not a pleasant experience.
