Came here a few months back for the first time with a broken bracelet - the jeweler quickly fixed it without even charging me! So of course when my favorite necklace broke, I came right back. They ordered a lovely new silver chain for me and fixed the pendant - I really appreciated that the jeweler took the time to explain to me all the work he was going to do. He quoted me one week for the work, but the necklace was done in just a few days (at a very reasonable price). I'm so happy with the final product! Will definitely come back whenever I need any jewelry repairs done in the future.

I stopped by this jewler to get a simple gold clasp replaced on my bracelet. The man who changed the clasps out did it quickly, however replaced the old clasp with one that was not true gold (he claimed it was, although he did not offer me any clasp options at all) and it discolored and faded within a few weeks (obviously fake). He didnt even sauter the pieces together, just lazily bent the "gold" rings holding the clasp together. He also kept my previous gold clasp as well. I went to Finks jewler in Charlottesville and had a fantastic experience picking out a reasonably priced true gold clasp this time, and although I had to wait a little bit for the clasp to ship in for replacement, it was well worth the wait for the quality of material and proper customer service I was looking for.

We got two beautiful, custom wedding bands for a very fair price. Wish I came here for the engagement ring!
