Service was friendly however they mishandled my package and stuck my label on another persons package. Trying to resolve the issue because someone else didn’t get their mail and I’m out an item and money. This was my first time going here and printing labels in store. Hoping to have this resolved or be compensated for my loss.

They shipped a package without my materials in it. Recipient got an empty box. Have done nothing to remedy it after a store visit, a phone call from management and another call to the store. Either incompetent or negligent unfortunately. Still pursuing remedy 3 weeks later. Ship somewhere else. I recommend the shop near Elwood Thompson’s.
