My wife and I are doing an addition on our first home and decided to visit the Ferguson showroom in Tinley Park. Upon arrival to the showroom, we were immediately blown away - the place is immaculate! Even more impressive than the store itself was the outstanding quality of service. We sat down with Mac Tracy (whom I believe manages the store) and Megan for our appointment and within a minute had bottled water and our choice of coffee in front of us. They were both intensely engaged and invested in our project from the very beginning and made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. For over two hours, Mac and Megan energetically walked us through the entire showroom helping make difficult decisions extremely simple with their knowledge and patience. On top of being so knowledgeable, they were extremely nice and made the experience a blast. At one point, Mac even hopped in a floor model bathtub, “for reference”. Absolutely outstanding!! My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the decisions we made for our addition and are so thankful to Mac and Megan for making it such a phenomenal experience. We truly enjoyed the process and will be coming back for all future projects!

"We recommend using the packaging from the original shipment if possible. Follow the instructions provided with the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number we sent via email. If you’re using a return label that we provided, print the return label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop your shipment off at any UPS location. Return labels help us efficiently track your return. If you choose another shipping method, please inform us by contacting customer service. If your shipment will travel via freight (semi-truck, LTL, etc.), then repack all items very well, secure them to the original pallet(s), and prepare them for shipment (we recommend using the packaging from the original shipment). Follow the instructions provided with the RGA number we sent via email. Print the freight label that we provided via email. Do not attach the freight label to the shipment. Use the instructions provided to contact the carrier and schedule your freight pickup."
You may initiate a return for most defective items within 180 days of receipt for a full refund. Once a return has been set up and the item has been returned to our warehouse, it will be inspected.
