Extremely Unprofessional. An Audi representative contacted me by phone on 9/16/2022 to set up an appointment for an oil strainer recall on my Audi. She said it would take 2 to 3 days to complete, but that if I needed a loaner, the first available car would be on 10/17. I chose to wait for a loaner, although they had openings for service before that date, if I could do without one. I showed up today 10/17/22 to my appointment, and while I was waiting in the waiting room for my loaner, I was told by the service representative who registered my car that they didn’t have a loaner for me. I explained to him that this appointment was set one month out to accommodate a loaner for me. He went and spoke to the manager, and came back with the same apology. I asked to see the service manager, Anna Chemielemska, and was surprised by her response. She was unprofessional and unapologetic or accommodating in any way. She told me that she didn’t see a car reserved for me on file for today. I explained to her the conversation the representative had with me over the phone, and how the appointment was pushed a month out to guarantee a loaner, and she didn’t put any effort into knowing who spoke to me or what had went wrong. To Move forward, I asked when was the next date a loaner would be available for me to inconveniently come back for the service, and she rudely replied not until December. At that point, with no loaner and no other car for me to use if I keep the car there, I had no choice but to take my car and leave without it being serviced. Did they purposeful disrespect their customer because this is a recall, a free service that I don’t pay for, or are they just that bluntly rude and don’t care about their customers? I wonder if the Audi corporate approves of such customer service. I am disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism I experienced at Audi Orland park today. When you drive a luxury car, you especially expect decent customer service. Audi Orland park needs to respect their customer’s time, and deliver on their promises. If I was told they would provide me with a loaner when I drop my car for service, I should expect to leave there with one.

They immediately started working on my Audi, kept me informed almost daily about the status of my repairs and they finished working on my car within a few days so I didn’t have to wait long to get my car back. I’m definitely bringing my Audi back there for future service, it’s worth the two hour drive I have to make to get this kind of quality service!
