This was by far the worst experience we have had with goldy locks. We have supported their business since, We have opened our business. The representative that came into our funeral home left our furniture out of place, that he moved to complete the installation. Also damaged a few of our new ceiling tile that was installed 8months ago. And did not clean up behind himself. Overall we are very disappointed. And we’re waiting for a return call from Doug.

This is a difficult question to answer. While they have a large selection of keys at their locations, and all their techs have key machines on their trucks, your particular key might be an unusual key. It's always best to call their 800 number between 8-5 on m-f and between 9-2 on Saturday...Sunday's are emergency calls only.
