If I could give negative stars I would give them --10. All we needed was a simple drain cleaning. We had a clogged drain because I put pasta in the garbage disposal. Oops! Anyway......Nate Tuttle came out said the main line was clogged (mind you only the kitchen sink was clogged) if that were the case all of our pipes would be backed up. He said they would have to dig up our yard to get to the pipe and it would cost 4700 dollars. Made a mess in my kitchen which he left behind. Tried to get payment from my 15 year old son. These people are theives and scam artist. Do not call them. Long story short I called schnieders plumbing and they had it unclogged in about 10 minutes and cleaned up after themselves. If you need a plumber save yourselves the trouble and call schnieders

I had an issue with my ac and thought it was due to a new smart thermostat however that was not the problem and my technician Mitchell came out on a Sunday to do a repair on my outside unit. He is so polite and the experience felt so friendly and comforting . I would recommend him to anyone !.

Mitch was great. He was punctual, relatable, and knowledgeable. He explained everything quite well and made sure all of our concerns were covered. He fixed the unit in no time and was on his way.

We have had service from Summers Heating and Cooling for just a few months, now. We found them at random on Google and ever since the first visit, all of the professionals that come to our home are extremely courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. At no point in time do we feel that they're trying to upsell us, and they truly do a great and thorough inspection of whatever the project. We recently had Mitch to service our heating and he was super professional and he took his time to really help us out so we can make informed decisions for the future of our unit. We are very grateful for Summers! Thanks for all you do!
