My salesman, Roger, was awesome and took his time fully explaining my options on a new vehicle and setting it up when I picked it up!

I am new to your dealership and received instructions on where to go for my service that were completely wrong. It sent me to the service drive not to express oil change area. After I waited 10 minutes for the Employee to finish with current customer to send me to the correct location. Once there there is nothing to tell you the process. Someone finally came and told me were to stage for my service. I waited 5 minutes and no one came to my car so I went inside find out and was told to have a seat. The service was done pretty fast but it was the most unorganized process I have ever experienced at any dealership. I have owned a chevy or GMC for thr last 15 years and have never had anything like this before. You are the closest dealer for me but guess I will have to drive to Lexington to see if I get a better experience.

I bought an extended warranty. A 100,000 miles bumper to bumper. If my computer system is acting up will another dealer honor that bumper to bumper coverage or will they charge me a service fee?

Thanks for sharing Ryan. Depends on which warranty company has the account. I've heard that some warranty companies are not accepted by all dealers. Best way is to call the warranty company before taking the vehicle in. Now..If it is through General Motors Co...That warranty is accepted nationwide at any GM dealer. I hope this helps Ryan!

My car and app on iPhone and iPad show low tire pressure - app shows 0 air in one tire, but the tire looks good and full. When I tested it with gauge it showed the correct amount of tire pressure and would not take more - what could be wrong?

How do you get charged for service that was never done?

Kimberly Patrick | Sep 10, 2018
Phillip Scott | Sep 10, 2018

There shouldn't be a charge for a service that wasn't performed. If you believe you were, take the invoice to the service manager and point out what you feel the error was. They are always willing to listen and work with you towards a solution.
