I walked into the store looking to upgrade my phone and there is no register or service counter anywhere. I stood in the entryway for a bit bc all of the staff seemed busy. Eventually, a staff member approached me. I said “hello” and she just said “it’s not your turn” and walked across the store to speak to some different customers. I waited a bit longer, not sure what to do. After another 5 minutes of just standing there trying to make eye contact with the staff, another staff member came up behind me and said “watchu here for?”. I told him I wanted to upgrade my phone and he said nothing and walked away typing something on his tablet. I wasn’t sure what to do so I followed him and he got upset and told me to go back to the entryway. He eventually came back and helped me get started. He noticed my father is the owner of our account and told me I couldn’t do anything unless my name was on it. I presented my fathers cell phone number so he could call him, presented all of the account info and passwords, and he just ignored all of it and basically told me to leave. So I did. When I got to my car, the employee came out and sat down on a bench outside and proceeded to start sobbing. Rough personal day for him I guess. I was dreading a trip to this store because I was expecting this type of experience, and unfortunately, I wasn’t wrong. Edit: the store owner reported my review for “inappropriate content” in order to have it removed. Wow, that action speaks for itself.

That store has some hard working team members. Anna and tylin were extremely helpful. They worked numerous hours to try and solve a situation involving a ATT WIFI hotspot. They even were proactive and took care of other customers while waiting on guidance from higher on a problem not solveable on their end. Those two made an awesome team. They went above and beyond and handled the chaos very well. The Customer traffic in that store can get overwhelming but the team at that store have awesome work ethic, customer service and patience. Very Grateful to go to this store
