There shouldn't be a charge for a service that wasn't performed. If you believe you were, take the invoice to the service manager and point out what you feel the error was. They are always willing to listen and work with you towards a solution.
I got ripped off similar to that at an independent service shop and my cousin who is an attorney informed of something. For future reference, before agreeing to let them service you vehicle(because they require your signature by law), ALWAYS get a paper copy of the quote for evidence. If they differ +/- 10% of the original quote without additional parts not listed in the original, you can take them to court.

These folks here are honest..i trust them completely....
Took in invoice, left copy and was told Manager was in a meeting. I left my name and number and no call back. Two auto shop confirm that the spark plugs wasn't changed.
