My bridesmaid dresses were all the wrong size they all needed alter especially one of my bridesmaid went 3 different times to get fix and it still was not fix the day of the wedding, after paying $100 something to get the alterations on top $120ish for the dress.The guys ties did not match so we called and got it switch we picked them up and still did not match. It was as close as they could get them. They told us that they couldn’t match the ties with the dresses 100 percent cause it’s two 3rd party companies an they can only get as close as they can. Overall I would recommend keeping your options open

An absolute amazing experience! I was on the lower end with my budget and the dresses they had for me to try were beautiful! Not only did the experience make a lasting impression on me, but so did the shop! It was beautiful! When I picked up my dress, they also personally called me to tell me there was an event going on and I’d have to park somewher elese. The experience was iver the top. Absolutely loved it.

Beyond flawless customer service! I was visiting from South Florida, no appt, and attending a friends wedding so was just wasting some time between the ceremony and reception and stumbled upon this store. Such sweet employees that were helpful, but not over bearing but let me do my thing which I love. I tried on maybe 3 dresses and had no expectations found the one! Even though I'm from FL they were on top of it helping me with all the questions and making sure the process was seamless for purchasing my dress. Huge shout out to Alyssa for being so amazing!

I don’t even know where to start. From the moment I went into the store I was treated like a queen. They have amazing workers who talk to you like you are friends. I was helped by one certain woman. Can’t remember her name but she was amazing!!! Just put my last payment on my dress and got it! Thank you Sophia’s Bridal for making another bride’s dream:)
