Purchased my Designer Ruby in October 2018. Took it in for it's annual service in 2019, no problem. Took it back in Oct. 2020 and was told I couldn't just drop it off would have to be put on a wait list and they would call. "Oh, did I buy it there?" Yes. Two months later, still no call. I called, first question was, "Did you buy it here?" Yes. "We'll put you at the top of the list." No call. I called again in January. "Well, you could bring it in but it will be a few weeks. Did you buy it here?" I chose to keep my machine and wait for the call. You know what? I'm still waiting. Actually, I'm not waiting as I will never go there again…..One hour after posting this review, I received a call saying they had been trying to reach me since October! Amazing! That call got through but none of the others had? And no one told me to bring it in the other times I called and messaged? I’m not fooled. And I’m not coming back.

This is a wonderful shop with friendly, helpful employees. The owners Angie and Tim are great people and they have fun events and sales throughout the year. I have purchased 2 machines from there, the service and training they provide is the best reason to shop local!
