The Ballpark Lofts are the best apartments in the downtown area! Super close to all the fun night clubs, restaurants and bars on Blake, Market, and Larimer. The industrial cement walls really set the vibe off and are superb for sound installation. MGMT is extremely accommodating and kind!

I have been working with Riley to lease my new apartment. She has been extremely accommodating and has made the process very smooth. Riley has been attentive to my needs. I really appreciate that she took the time to advise me of available units that were a better fit for me! Riley has been super helpful, thorough and kind. I would highly recommend working with this apartment complex and their leasing team.

Since Ballpark lofts has changed management companies to Cortland, the complex has gone down hill really quick. The fire alarm constantly goes off at all times of the hour specifically at night on work nights. The south elevator has been broken for 5-6 months. The mailboxes are almost all broken so we have to get our mail from the main office during their office hours. The hot tub is all ways broken. Maintenance takes 7+ days to do simple repairs. Neighbors walk their dogs in the pool area and hammock garden. The complex has 4 BBQ Grills and only 1 work. The garage door stops working every week to 2 weeks, and trash is left in hallways and garage. The list goes on and on…

I lived here a year and I moved into the income restricted apartments paying 1250 + utilities, which averaged to about 1400 a month from what was being charged by the apartment. Rent has since increased to 1550 + utilities, for income restricted apartments. I'm bitter, but it happens. My parking space was only 50. The amenities are nice, though there are a lot of parties in the summer and the pool area has a lot of trash left over the following weekdays. This would be a good spot for someone straight out of college because it's equivalent to a college dorm. Mail kept getting stolen or some peoples mail boxes are left completely open which made it so that you have to go to the front office to pick up your mail. Furthermore, my bike tires and seat got stolen from the bike area which is located inside the apartment complex. Good thing they make you pay for renters insurance as this should be covered. Lots of residents leave trash outside their door which makes the hallway stink. There have been several occasions were the trash rooms were protruding. The building also does a poor job at recycling. My refrigerator leaks water and the toilet starts to flood from the bottom if clogged. I also remember a situation where water was coming from my ceiling because I guess someone upstairs had a flood. These are all one offs, but it's something to keep in mind if you'll be paying 1550 - 1800 for an apartment. Lastly, the door on Blake and Broadway keeps getting broken. I talked to the repair guy who said he was on repair number 5, he fixes it and some breaks it soon after. So for a while the door did not lock. Management has an air about them, but they are fine.

Questions & Answers

How do I get someone to return my calls and emails? The only way I've been able to reach anyone is if I visit the office in person.
