My wife and I were very impressed with how you handle your business… you have treated us with the same professionalism which I would expect and answered all our queries. We were so happy and finally when we got the keys we felt this was the best decision we had after landing in the US. One of the best Neighborhood community to leave in Aurora area. Had a pipe burst yesterday and maintenance was all over it. He heard it, cut the water off, and when he realized he needed a plumber; he got one on site in under an hour, and then the plumber was able to fix the issue permanently the next day. Great job Jeff, and to anyone who supports him!

Yes, all residents of Legacy at Fox Valley Apartments are required to maintain and provide evidence of at least $100,000 in legal liability insurance coverage for the duration of their lease term at Legacy at Fox Valley Apartments. Residents may choose to obtain this insurance through their preferred insurance agent or insurance carrier at their own expense or enroll in our community program that meets the liability insurance requirement and is paid with rent each month. The Legacy at Fox Valley Apartments team can answer questions about insurance offerings available through the community.
Applicants at Legacy at Fox Valley Apartments have the option of adding a Guarantor to their application if they have insufficient credit or insufficient income to qualify on their own.
