Tbh I've been with AID for therapy & medication since I was 12 or 13. Eventually found the right therapist and it was literally perfect treatment up until they transferred me to adults. Now it's just been really hurtful. Now, over 2 years my psychiatrist has changed 3 times. I have gone without my medication multiple times, so long I've gone into withdrawal(insomnia medication, so it's KINDA important that I get that when I need it so I can stay in a healthy mindset & sleep cycle for the rest of the week). & this isn't me taking more medication than I need & running out. This is me running out of my month supply and when refills run out it's like my doctor has gone MIA. I call, everytime theres nobody or somebody who cannot help me or give me a nurse who can. I've been hospitalized twice this year, both times inpatient psychiatrists prescribed me the same thing & when I tell my new psychiatrist that this is what they had me on & that it was helping me a lot, she puts me on something else. Something else that has kept me asleep for 12+ hours, more than 3 times.. I'm getting really worried for my own mental health this is night 5 without my insomnia medication and I'm honestly on the brink of a break down. I have panic disorder & not knowing what I'm going to do feeling absolutely drained bc I'm running on 4 hours of sleep is definitely not helping to prevent panic attacks. What's the point of trying to get help & get better when Ive been failed by my own doctors here so many times. Please keep an eye on your patients prescriptions & stop taking patients if you can't keep up with them

I don't recommend this place to the very vulnerable populations they serve

My AID case manager Rosa is an angel. She is a ways there for me. I'm getting ready to move into my own place thanks to them
