Update: Maintenance requested on 10/2/22 for leaky toilet through their online maintenance system. Reminder request sent 10/5/22. It is now 10/10/22 and it has not been fixed. DO NOT MOVE HERE AND DO NOT MOVE YOUR PARENTS HERE! July 2022 Do not move here! Do not move your parents here! Unresponsive office manager. Uncaring management/ownership. People are afraid to complain for fear of being thrown out. Difficult to get maintenance requests completed. During 2021 lease year they changed the terms of their lease contract to place the cost burden on several utilities on to the tenant. These are seniors with low income housing needs and were told they either had to pay it or PAY to break the lease and MOVE OUT! Beware of Silver Oaks. Stay away!

My mother currently lives here. The office staff is always absent. They don’t return phone calls or keep up with maintenance. The new big issue now is they want ppl who barely can operate technology to go automated. And for those who need help the office staff will “help set” up your account if you give them all you personal information such as passwords and PIN numbers. What happened to routing number and checking account being enough?! This place has today to return my call and get my mom the help she needs to set up this rent system without scamming her.
