♥️WOW this is a great place to live, the office staff are friendly and helpful, Kathy is very polite and does a great job assisting you whether its a maintenance request or the easy application process getting an apartment.Also Kathy is great communicating anything from repaving the parking lot to when the pool opens or closes, having that communication really is pleasant. Take a Look at the grounds maintenance does a fantastic job keeping the area clean. I really like the layout in these apartments. I would recommend these apartments as a great place to live. Edit...so after years living here I see the new renovations and they are impressive 5 Stars 🌟 ✨️ 🌟 ✨️ 🌟 really nice and high quality materials and appliances. The layouts only are complimented with the beautiful floors, the bedrooms are very nice sized and the balconies are wonderful. Edit.... maintenance is actually amazing, Chester is very skilled, Chester takes pride in all his work and having a maintenance worker as professional and skilled as Chester and truly adds to the living experience here at the covey,i want to share 1 experience of many i had with Chester, so Chester was fixing a leak in the kitchen sink and noticed a bad light switch, so Chester changed out the light switch after he was finished fixing the sink, that just shows character, dedication and pride along with concern Chester did not have to change the bad switch but he did and cared enough to go that extra mile. The other maintenance technician/ worker is Ed, and once again i have nothing but great words to say about Ed, he is skilled, a professional indeed, very polite and genuine its not often you get the quality of maintenance and have both maintenance bringing a level of excellence and experience that Chester and Ed bring.The quick response, fixing your issue the right way the first time having fast,efficient, and very professional always polite only compliments the great experiencei havehadat the covey.. 2022 The Covey is definitely one of the nicest, cleanest, and beautiful places to live ❤️

I’ve lived here at Covey for well over six years. I’ve never had a negative experience. I love the ladies in the office, I never have a problem with getting repairs done via maintenance requests, they are always attended to in a timely fashion. I make a phone call and it gets done. I love living here. The area is awesome there’s lots of green space and accessibility to walking paths it’s a very safe community. I absolutely love having living here.

Good location and reasonable rent. Unfortunately the buildings are older and maintenance requests are not responded to. With rental prices in the area being so expensive, they have you trapped living in an apartment that isn't maintained. You definitely get what you pay for at this complex! They also don't tell you about the separate water/sewer/trash monthly billing that is considered rent and isn't based on actual usage. Add $80-$90.

We have been living at Covey for nearly an year. Our overall experience has been very pleasant and we feel safe in this community. The staff both at front office and one's doing maintenance are pleasant and responsive. The location is also perfect, with the beautiful Waubonsie Lake Park at just two mins walking distance. All the other convenience including hospital is near by. Love the fact that both Aurora and Naperville downtown is not a long drive.
