Garden City E. Public Park

We rented the park space for a party because it had restrooms available. However, on the day of our event they were locked. And the pavilion area is very far from the parking area, this a positive and a negative.

Very very busy.There's bathrooms but they are locked. Which defeated the purpose of me reserving the pavilion for the birthday we planned. Other than that,if you plan on reserving this park. Make sure you post signs the day before. Someone else had a party planned where I reserved. They didn't have a reservation, so it was awkward telling someone and their guests to move.Especially when they had all of their stuff out. But the gentleman was very nice about it.

There's nothing there to keep the children of Jacksonville occupied. This park should look like where the Governor-the Mayor-and all ELECTED OFFICIALS would want there kids and family to go to. But it don't because FL officials can care about the Black Communities. As for communities the people should be more willing to vote these officials out and vote for someone who does.
