Ok so I normally go to spa salon, but they moved. I was going to try the spot next to it which is avi nail spa but the parking was crowded so I decided to go to NY nails. Only been there once years ago. I'm a licensed esthetician so I do my own waxing, however out and about I noticed some facial hairs so I decided to get it taken care of. You're supposed to clean my face before you start which she didn't. Then she kept dipping THE SAME WAX STICK FOR THE WHOLE SERVICE!!! I didn't notice until the end bc I was laying back. You are supposed to use a different wax stick every time or at least the opposite end, but you're NEVER supposed to use the same wax stick. Just imagine ppl with skin disease flakes going into the wax and on the next persons face. I'm absolutely disgusted.

Now that's not nice of them. I went here maybe four times. And they was okay at the times. I will make sure no one I know will go back here. Point of advice. If anyone ratings are not 4.0 or better. Don't go there. 3.9 is okay but always beware. And make you read the reviews. I have never had a problem when I went there. But since everyone is having problems. I will not be back. Go see John at million dollar nails in rivercity. Or John or Ms. Snow at snow nails or go see. Heidi at eclat nails on blanding blvd.Tell Heidi that her client from publix sent you. And go to Q nails on blanding blvd as well. Have all took care of nails for over 10 years And Happy nail polishing
