Went to get some work done. They didn’t give me enough numbing medicine and I could feel him cutting me! And I was telling him I can feel it, but he kept on! I was damn near in tears! It was very very painful and I will never go there again or recommend anyone else to! They definitely need more experience there! Very horrible service!

Hi again Ms. Knowles. That would be a question for CarePlus, your insurance carrier. Their customer service number should be listed on the back of your insurance card. Also, it could be that the paperwork you have may be an EOB (explanation of benefits) not an actual bill, but CarePlus should be able to clear it all up for you. Then why is care plus billing me when I don't have any connection with them to bill me for my familycare visits that I already paid up front for at the time of my visit? Family care will not see you without payment before I see the doctor?
You can come in and fill out the medical release form, or if you have active enrollment in our Patient Portal, you can access them there as well. Thank you.
The lab hours for the NS are M-Th 8:00a - 4:30p, and Friday 8:00a - 4:00p
