Hi again Ms. Knowles. That would be a question for CarePlus, your insurance carrier. Their customer service number should be listed on the back of your insurance card. Also, it could be that the paperwork you have may be an EOB (explanation of benefits) not an actual bill, but CarePlus should be able to clear it all up for you.
