I came in for a :38 pedicure and upon checkout was told it was $53. When asked why, was told by female manager $15 more for jell polish. Service was below standard and horrible. Buyers BEWARE. I was overcharged more the price list. I will NEVER go back!

*Update to response to owner. There’s no need to call you. I came in the same day I initially made the review and I was never given an apology for inconvenience. My toe nail was fixed for free as it should’ve been. A week later after this review, gel polish yet again came off another toe! (I have pictures) I’m six months pregnant and practically on bed rest. I wasn’t doing anything wild for my polish to yet again come off my toe. Also four nails are already lifting!! This was a fresh set that I paid for! This is absolutely unacceptable. $123 down the drain. Never returning! I have been coming to this business for a couple of months now. Lately I have not been enjoying my experience and feeling that I’m getting what I’m paying for. This is the second time I have left the establishment paying for gel on my toes and later that day or the next day my polish has completely come off with the gel applied and I’ve had to return for them to fix it. Yesterday one of the guys doing my pedicure actually hurt my toe with whatever tool he was using and I’m actually almost 6 months pregnant and now my toe hurts. He even drew a little blood. I tip really well and everything that I pay for walking out of there is over $100. I won’t be returning at this point. I have given them more than enough chances.
