Dealing with Safeguard Construction was a great experience for us and everyone we dealt with at Safeguard Construction was professional, friendly and courteous. From placing the call with Sherry to get an appointment for an estimate on our roof, to David B. for the estimate and explaining our options on color and type of shingle they would use. The choices David gave us to pick from made our home look better. The roof was completed within a reasonable time frame. Big shout out to the crew working on our roof. They worked together as a team and they cleaned up our yard as they completed each task. I would definite recommend Safeguard Construction to anyone who needed work done on their home.

Worked with Dave from safeguard. Very responsive and quick to have crews out working on house. Great company would definitely use again for other work.

Great company to work with! They did an insurance claim as well as a couple repairs and they have been a pleasure to work with!

They were wonderful and thorough to work with. David was very experienced, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure we understood every part of the process and knew what to expect. We had storm chasers do a quick job on our roof 8 years ago, and it had almost half its shingles falling off from a storm this year (it was supposed to last 30 years). David assured us that this new roof had better materials and workmanship, and we were impressed with the job from start to finish. We are very satisfied with our new roof. Hi iii king Ugh

An ice dam is created under winter conditions when heated air leaks through attic bypasses into an unheated attic. This creates warm areas on the roof and melts the underside of the snow that has accumulated on your roof. The melted snow flows down the roof until it reaches a cold spot, such as the eaves, where it refreezes, forming a dam.

Because they are not licensed to evaluate Insurance Coverage or negotiate legally on your behalf. A contractor can be fined and penalized and in most cases is neglected by the insurance company.
For anyone who is not knowledgeable in the complexity of insurance policies , this could be very costly “on the job” training! Many people, when they go to court for instance, would find it unthinkable not to have an attorney present . Most people have an accounting professional or CPA handle their tax matters. Insurance claims are both equally complex. Quite often, not understanding the policy terminology completely or not applying the coverage’s completely results in costly errors.
A Public Adjuster ( PA ) represents you as well as your interests when you have an insurance claim on your organization or home. The PA works best for you, not the insurance provider. PA’s put together the details for and assign currency values to the claim on your behalf, making sure that every dime is captured in the claim.

Costs vary greatly depending on the pitch of your roof, the type of shingles you have, what condition the roof is in, and how many layers of shingles you have. The best way to find out the cost is to have a quote done.
While a lot of people think that a leaking roof needs to be replaced, this may not be the case unless the roof is old. Missing, cracked, broken, and curling shingles can be repaired and replaced to stop a leak, while older roofs or roofs with multiple leaks or widespread issues should be replaced.
