7/30/22 staff was very friendly. Food was hot. And the manager gave my Husky a couple of pieces of bacon. In a new era where customer service is non existent, Burger King on 120th and Holly hit a home run.

They just helped some lady in the drive thru with a 60 dollar order and didn't question a thing she ordered I ask for a double whopper with lemonade and they are magically out of everything either management needs to learn how to order enough food per week or they need to get better employees

Not the best Burger King I have visited. Food was cold seemed like was pre-made. Burger was cold and cheese wasn't even melted on burgers fountain drink area was really dirty. No straws out of caps for the sodas? Will go out of my way to go to a different location.

I hate to be that person that comes on here and gives a bad review to a Burger King that o really enjoy. I always have good experience with their customer service. Today I went through the drive thru.. got home and pulled out my chicken sandwich to find this on my wrapper. I do not need the added protein, Burger King. I’m so so disappointed and extremely grossed out. I didn’t see anything wrong with the chicken sandwich itself but I wasn’t about to try and eat after seeing this. I’m upset because I absolutely love your chicken sandwiches and the one day I actually get the chance to go get one and this happens. Very unfortunate. :(

At any restaurant you go to you can request how you would like it! I go to Burger King quite a bit. They have a regular chicken sandwich most people would stop there. However I like mine with cheese. So I order it regular chicken sandwich light on the mayo and with cheese.most restaurants will try all most anything to make a customers happy!
Mmm... How can I best put it? Guidelines dictate that employees that feel sick have to stay home. However, when you have people who work for minimum wage, they cannot afford to stay home... So, do you want me to continue?
