I'm currently apartment hunting... Lorenzo by far has been the most professional, polite and thoroughly informative manager I've had the pleasure of dealing with in my experiences in apartment situations. The property...the apartment and just in general our visit was amazing from the time we walked into the facility.

This places management and maintenance is HORRIBLE!!! I have lived here for eight months. There is a LIST of broken/malfunctioning things. There have been numerous maintenance requests and nearly nothing fixed. The A/C has never worked and the maintenance guy couldn’t figure out it was central air not a swamp cooler. Towel rack broken, bathroom drawer track is broken so drawer falls into cabinet, closet door fell off completely, the flooring has been” repaired” really glued down three times and still peeling. Toilet had to be replaced, every outlet is so loose the plug falls out, it took a month to get our window fixed but they never put on a screen, smoke detector is held on by duct tape. These people are a joke!! Save your money and save your time. No one wants to live in a place that’s falling apart.

First off let me start by thanking and saying what an amazing lease staff magnolia ridge has. By far the most professional and dedicated staff . Since Lorenzo became manager here we’ve worked with him close. When there’s an issue or concern Lorenzo went above and beyond I mention him because that’s who we talk to all the time. All staff is amazing including the maintenance workers. I would definitely give more than 5 stars. So if anybody is reading this that doesn’t live here and are looking for somewhere to live here is a place you can call home . Thank you Lorenzo and staff for everything you’ve done for us .

Couldn't do a 3.5 so I rounded up. Moving into Magnolia Ridge seemed like a breeze. At least until we actually did it. We gave them alot of money, which included a prorated amount, and our first month's rent. We were good for rent until April 1st as stated by Misty upon move in. We moved February 16th, in-between snow storms and soon after, realized our heater wasn't working. We went without proper heating for about wo weeks long. They finally fixed it two weeks ago. March 1st hit and we received an email that our rent was due. I ignored that email since we had given them almost $4000 15 days earlier. March 7th hit, and we received a notice on our door for a demand for rent. After a two week battle, we find out that "magically" one of our cashier checks was credited to a different account. Pretty ridiculous how you can just lose a $1500 cashiers check. It was such a nightmare to deal with but thankfully Lorenzo got to the bottom of everything and rectified the situation. From no heat upon move in and losing our rent money, I definitely have a sour taste in my mouth from Magnolia Ridge and I just hope the rest of my time here goes smoothly.
