I liked living here. You might not get the nicest neighbors but you have no control over that. I'm leaving a review to WARN people. We got evicted with no reason given, and I'm mad because they gave NO NOTICES. Not one!!!! They also said they would not renew our lease, and refused to say why. We weren't the only ones this happened to, as there were others the same day!! We had been living here for years, and were paying about three hundred less than current rates, which feels like it may be part of it. Someone in that office purposely sabotaged us. I don't even know why because I liked living there and didn't have a problem with staff. Never trust anyone.

I wanted to wait to post this review because I rush to judgement sometimes. I'll start with office staff, wonderful, absolutely wonderful. Destiny made it very painless and even though I called her 1000 times she was always helpful. The day I moved in I was late and another lady knew I was coming and stayed late to give me keys. When I actually moved in there were a couple small problems with the apt and maintenence was very responsive to fix the issues. Over all im very happy I moved here. There are a lot of children around for my little one too play with and playground rides. To the office staff thank you very much for all your help.

It seems border line fraudulent when they show you a model apartment that looks absolutely nothing like what you end up getting after signing the lease. Noticed a few other reviewers reported the same thing. The apartment I signed a lease on did not resemble the model apartment they showed me beforehand one bit. Instead of calling and communicating with their tenants about when they need to re-sign their lease or give them written notice, they instead opt in to just dropping a letter on the door. They gave me a letter one day before their 60 day lease renewal notice that they require if you’re leaving. And because I work out of town I didn’t get it until I got home after that 60 day notice that they require. So, my punishment was paying an extra $1,400 for an apartment that would be empty. Of course I didn’t find out I owed them an extra months rent passed my move out date until I saw the charge come through. So I paid for an empty apartment for them. This complex consistently blasts your email account about food trucks, but when it’s something important they’d rather just drop a letter on the door? Thanks, Promenade. Don’t be fooled by the fresh coat of paint on the outside of their buildings. Their apartments aren’t very good looking on the inside. And definitely don’t fall for that model apartment. Ask to see a real apartment that they have.

We absolutely love living in these apartments. The view is amazing, the staff is super friendly, and it's very convenient having a 24 hour fitness center that we're able to use after work. Promenade brings in food trucks every few weeks, which is a great way to experience all the different types of food around us. Whenever we needed something fixed in the apartment, maintenance would always be there within a day. The apartments are up to date, quiet, and spacious. You can't beat living on the lake with a view of the mountains, and being walking distance to the metro station that can take you right into Denver. Promenade is a great place to live!
