I moved in over a year ago and I am SO happy for the new management team that came in last fall! Tyler is an incredible manager and the entire team is friendly, supportive, and helpful. It became a no-brainer for me to stay, especially after having a lot of challenges in previous rentals. The owners did a good change up to bring this team in. Bravo UPDATE: Management has since changed since I posted this review. I cannot say the same about the new management. Hopefully it will get better.

We moved in and have had nothing but issues for over a month. Currently our A/C hasn't been working for over a week, reaching over 90° in our apartment and putting our pets lives in danger. The leasing office is down to one employee who took a vacation and left a temp in charge with absolutely no resources on who to contact in emergency situations. Avoid this complex if you can because they don't care about their residents living conditions.

Don't let a less than 5 fool you, 4 for noise is only because of road traffic & emergency vehicles taking Colorado Blvd and for grounds not because of upkeep, but some things need work (but they have an overhaul planned for these issues!) However, majority of these issues are only aesthetic. Maintainence as well as staff are all helpful and friendly, and I have had no issues with my neighbors. It's distanced enough from shops to be quieter, but it's within walking distance of a 7/11! Not far from the train station. Living near Welby means you occasionally hear gunshots and hear about crime, but it doesn't seem to enter our community, which is really nice! Overall I feel safe enough that I don't feel I have to lock my door just to take out the trash (although you definitely should, for general safety.) I should also mention they have a small fenced dog park, I didn't know this until after moving in. Definitely a plus!

You can ignore any bad review before because there is a new management team in the building! & my experience here has been amazing after new management took over. They will honestly take care of you. I can say I had a stress free stay and felt much at home. There maintenance staff is also fast and sufficient when needed. I would recommend my friends and family here.
