I DO NOT RECOMMEND living here! And I’m glad I read the reviews and seen an in sight on how the management is! Wish I was able to see it before even starting my process. They are rude and will not answer the phones what so ever. I called multiple times to stop my application process cause I did not want to proceed with this apartment complex! It maybe affordable but not worth dealing with rude people in the office! Be aware of while you go through they will scam you out of money and not give you, your holding fee back but I got it back from 7/11 telling them it was a scam!

I don't know the rental rate I know they go according to your income or if your Section 8 you would have to contact the rental office for more
Yes they do. 1-3 bedrooms also they accept low income bsae as well as affordable rent
Im not sure about anything as far as the rent goes. I do know of 1 place in longmont that goes by senior income it is right behind the Arbys and taco bell on the north end of town off of 287. If that helps you. Sorry i dont know any names or contact information. I no longer live anywhere near there. I live 4 hours south of there now.
