This post office is absolutely terrible. They never have enough people at the counter. Even when busy there will be people in the back just screwing around who eventually come to the front. They also don't know what the rules for shipping stuff is. I shouldn't have to tell them what is and isn't restricted and pull up the rules from the USPS website.

The number they have listed is not their Thronton specific location, so I called and sat on hold for 20 minutes only to be told that they couldn't give me the information I needed and that I would have to call the Thornton location specifically. They gave me the # and I called, but after their intro message where they say to stay on the line until someone is available to answer it just rings for 3 minutes and 44 seconds until the call drops EVERY TIME.

I had recently went in for a package because USPS told me to go to this location which is fine but the notification was delivered later in the evening. However, when arriving 30 minutes before closing they had already closed and locked on the doors. I knocked on them and saw many people just ignoring me and willfully being rude. When getting the package I was rudely told many times that my name on my ID doesn’t match the package when it’s literally just my husbands last name. They could have taken two seconds to ask that but they were atrocious every minute and it took up until closing to get my package so what was the point of closing early? I had told the man many times what my address was which matches the one on my ID TO THE PACKAGE and he still didn’t believe me either it being racial prejudice or something else. Least to say this place is awful and hopefully you don’t get anything sent here

Our neighbors constantly receive our mail and bring it to us. Have owned our home 11 years and it was empty two years prior so no one else living here for thirteen years. Still to this day receive mail for people that no longer reside here and haven't for all these years. Tried to call to resolve but NO ANSWER!

I never had my packages go there. I hope you get this resolved soon.

My neighbor forwarded her mail to address. She said it was a mistake that she wrote my address down and not hers. I asked her to correct the mistake. 8 months later I still get her mail. Can I just return to sender?
