Haven't had mailboxes in months. Rusting stairs that are literally falling apart. They refuse to maintain the property. The post office said they will no longer be holding our mail. This is insane! I will be filing a formal complaint on the property. I have packages that can't be delivered and nowhere to be found. I almost missed a jury duty summons. Maintenence ripped up our carpet to get underneath the building.. said they would put in to get it fixed.. carpet is still not fixed. This was weeks ago. The unit above has flooded multiple times... they came to fix the drywall... and it is an eyesore. They did a sloppy job. I just don't understand why it's so hard to fix things properly or at all for that matter.

I love it here. My neighbors are pretty chill, now that the old neighbor above us moved out. Only issue is the mailbox has been broken the majority of my time here and now the Post Office is saying they will stop holding mail and begin returning to sender which is some BS. I feel bad for those without a vehicle that must go to the post office to retrieve mail.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. This place is a dump and it's unsafe. At least 2 neighbors in my building are chain smokers and so much of their cigarette smoke comes into my apartment that my walls turned brown. I'm not exaggerating. I've been sick since I moved in as a result, everything I own that has fabric is now ruined and management barely lifted a finger--which didn't accomplish anything--to enforce safety guidelines or, my "right to a safe and peaceful living space" (give me a break) because, "This isn't a non-smoking property." In other words, "We don't care about your health or safety because your neighbors are responsible, not us." Nobody likes moving but I didn't think I had another choice so I was willing to do it. I should be allowed out of my lease when safety (and especially health) are concerns. Instead, I wasn't given any options besides moving out at an obnoxious early termination fee--forfeiting my deposit--and even at that I'd have to deal with a sore throat and breathing issues (not to mention the nicotine floating around. My eyes water and my chest has been hurting. Honestly, I haven't had decent sleep since I moved in and I've reported all of this) for another 2 months. I asked to move into another unit and got ghosted. I think they're sick of dealing with me and now I'm being ignored. Oh, and my neighbors next door sell drugs. In about a month, my medical and legal benefits from my new job kick in. I can't wait to see how this plays out. Read the others reviews. It's just another sleazy apartment community that takes advantage of people who can't buy houses.

The management at Parkview is wonderful. The entire moving-in process was seamless due to their communication and responsiveness. The apartments are in a great little community, and the location by the park is amazing! The maintenance crew makes sure everything is in tip top shape!
